Life can be challenging and we can sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed or unable to cope. Therapy can help by providing a safe, non judgemental space to talk through, reflect, and resolve issues, We don't really get this opportunity in our everyday lives - to have time and focus purely on ourselves. Working together I can help you understand yourself and improve on your relationships with others.

HOW I WORK
I work as an integrative therapist which means I use a variety of different approaches and adapt to your individual needs.
I am a trained Therapist, EMDR practitioner, Coach, Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique)
and NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-linguistic Programming).

Although issues from the past may need to be resolved , the focus is always on how to help you move forwards and live a happier life.
A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE SPACE
It can be scary to think about starting therapy and clients are often nervous when they first attend. People find that this feeling usually disappears quickly as they come to appreciate the safe, supportive and non-judgemental space that therapy provides. Its an opportunity to have a full hour to talk about and focus on you.
Together with talking through issues I'll provide tools and strategies to help you cope with life. Therapy gets you to think about things in a different way so you can make positive changes in line with your goals.
During the initial consultation we agree upon the goals you want to work towards and put together a plan. This initial consultation is also an opportunity for you to decide if continued therapy with me is something you want to commit to. There's no obligation.
